
The head of Australia’s competition and consumer regulator has confirmed that the telecommunications company behind Dodo and iPrimus is in its crosshairs over slow NBN download speeds after Telstra, Optus and TPG all agreed to compensate customers.
Speaking to journalists after a speech outlining his organisation’s enforcement priorities this year, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission chairman Rod Sims confirmed to Telecom Times that Dodo and iPrimus’ parent company Vocus Communications was in his sights over the way it advertised NBN speeds.
